PROJECT & OPERATIONS CONSULTANT

I run projects.
I analyze systems.

Buildings, people, information and resources rarely line up by themselves. I document conditions, coordinate the people involved and keep the next steps visible.

Keeping the work moving while the building stayed in use.

At a 7,000-square-foot program site, projects and daily operations kept affecting one another. I returned regularly to see what was changing, work with the people using the building and help prevent avoidable problems.

ON THE GROUND

Keep the whole site in view.

Regular walks, plan reading and conversations with staff kept the picture current. When water damage appeared, I connected interior evidence to exterior conditions and continued tracking what changed over time.

ACROSS THE TEAM

Keep people working from the same facts.

Photographs, field reports and clear updates helped staff, clients and vendors understand what was happening. I led emergency planning with program staff, joining existing protocols to the building’s actual use.

The same habit of attention.

Close enough to see what is happening. Far enough back to understand the system.

Plans establish intent. The site supplies conditions. The people using and maintaining it reveal what the office may not see. I bring those views into one reliable picture.
