Across different assignments, my role has often sat between the physical site and the people making decisions about it. The work has been practical: observe, document, communicate, coordinate and continue following the issue until the next step is clear.

A 3D site capture puts existing conditions into a usable spatial record—one I can revisit remotely to check relationships, diagnose issues, plan work, coordinate decisions and prepare execution.

The record supports observation and memory before assumptions harden into plans. Used well, it can reduce unnecessary site visits and help close the gap between what was planned and what is actually there.
